Wonderful garden, best breakfast, diverse meal options, convenient shuttle service, spacious room.

Our stay during the New Year was great. The hotel had lovely facilities, including a big swimming pool and fitness centre. The breakfast offered a variety of choices between Asian and Western dishes, including made-to-order eggs and sausages. We also enjoyed complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day in a spacious and peaceful business lounge. The hotel was conveniently located near a nearby mall and shuttle service was offered.

We loved the spacious rooms and excellent facilities at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick, and the breakfast was great for us. Additionally, the staff was very nice and helpful, providing us with 5-star service during our stay.

This hotel provided me with the most luxurious experience I've ever had. the breathtaking garden area and outdoor swimming pool gave me a sense of serenity I won't forget. the leisure and TV room made my stay even more enjoyable. the restaurant offered packed lunches for my day trips, which were delicious and convenient. the exclusive facilities in my room added to the luxurious feel, including a hi-tech toilet bowl and gourmet kitchen.

The only minor issue I had while staying here was a delay in housekeeping, but I addressed it with the friendly and attentive staff and they made up for it by going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. this hotel is a great value for its price and location advantages being near to the major malls in the area.

The ability of the hotel staff to communicate in English was limited, making communication difficult for non-Thai speaking customers. the dinner delivered to our room lacked the true local cuisine flavor we were hoping for.
